Our service philosophy is built entirely upon access. We treat access to our services as a foundational pillar of need by our participants, and hold it as one of our highest priorities regardless of your geographical location in Australia. Whether you are from a capital city, regional hub or small township, we are here to tailor your needs accordingly. We do that by delivering industry-leading care at an affordable price, whether that be for Private participants or NDIS funded participants.

We aim to operate in areas where no other provider is willing to go. We do so ethically, honestly, and with due consideration of established service arrangements.

You can expect the same level of expertise and consistent reliable service across regional Australia, just as you would in any of our Capital Cities.

Telehealth

Why choose Telehealth services?

Seeking therapy can be a daunting task. That’s why we proudly offer Telehealth services. Our Telehealth services are a great alternative to face-to-face meetings. Telehealth services provide a safe and comfortable space to participants who may have had difficulty accessing services previously. Telehealth services are available to participants who live in remote communities; have high-risk and complex needs; who may lead busy lives; who may prefer virtual communication, and even those who are trying to drive the most out of their NDIS or Private funding.

In person

Why choose face-to-face services?

Humans, as social creatures, are by nature, complex. We have an intrinsic need to belong, and the foundational basis to belong is communication. Some 90% of our communication is non-verbal. How we interact and communicate with our world is largely shaped on an individual, cultural and social level.

At Breaking Free Therapy, we firmly believe, and endorse face-to-face communication to all participants able and willing to participate. We firmly believe therapy is a highly personal as well as interpersonal and collaborative service. We are happy to provide such services at an affordable price to all, irrespective of the usual barriers to access. Please get in touch today to see how we can drive your NDIS or private funding to its full potential.

Hybrid 50-50

Why choose Hybrid 50-50 services?

The best of both worlds, half Telehealth and half Face-to-Face services allow us to deliver a highly cost effective blend of services to participants. This hybrid alternative still allows us to measure your progress, and save the face-to-face appointments for high priority items that may arise such as stakeholder meetings with your entire care team.
